Bredel Hose Pumps
Bredel heavy-duty hose pumps are designed to handle some of the most challenging material processing applications. They can process slurries, sludges, acids, and pastes with 100 percent volumetric accuracy and reliable durability. These hose pumps are specially designed to ensure no moving parts come into contact with the process materials. All fluids and slurries are contained entirely within the hose. This increases safety for operators and the environment while ensuring long-lasting pump performance.
Bredel hose pumps can handle flow rates up to 108 cubic meters per hour at 16 bar. Industrial-grade pumps are capable of transferring up to 80 percent solids in suspension. The flow is completely independent of suction and discharge conditions. These pumps are ideal for high-viscosity or shear-sensitive products. They can run dry indefinitely and require minimal maintenance. Only the hose needs to be replaced periodically, along with other basic preventative maintenance tasks.
Qdos Chemical Metering Pumps
The Qdos line of chemical metering and dosing pumps provides exceptional accuracy and durability. These metering pumps offer long maintenance intervals to ensure maximum uptime. They feature a peristaltic design, which provides numerous advantages over standard diaphragm metering pumps. They eliminate the requirement for ancillary equipment. They offer precise, consistent, and linear metering in all processing conditions.
Qdos metering pumps can achieve accurate flow rates ranging from 0.1 to 2,000 milliliters per minute at up to 9 bar. They are easy to install and maintain, with less total cost of ownership compared to most diaphragm pumps. You can achieve higher accuracy metering without breaking the bank.
