Our History

The roots of Quadna date back to the early 1980’s in Arizona. Our company started by selling nonmetallic pipes and parts within the Southwestern copper mining industry. Eventually customers began inquiring about other mining equipment—especially durable pumps suited to the harsh demands of copper extraction and processing. We saw a great opportunity to start supplying pumps and other rotating equipment to these mines, and the business only grew from there.

The Quadna brand expanded into new territories over the years, including New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, and North Dakota. DXP acquired Quadna in 2010, along with other leading pump companies in these states. DXP’s name is known worldwide as one of the leading pump distribution and service companies. Today we have six service centers strategically placed throughout the region. 

DXP Quadna combines the incredible resources and network of services of DXP with the regional service reputation of Quadna. We have always been known for our personalized customer care and custom pump solutions. The acquisition by DXP has only enabled us to provide an even higher standard of service.

Our Mission

DXP Quadna offers custom ready-to-use pump solutions. From our fully contained skid designs that eliminate the need for complex permanent installations to other curated solutions, we can help you with all your pump needs. We think outside the “pump in a box” approach and aim to find you the best pump system based on your application and other key criteria. We are partnered with the world’s leading pump manufacturers to provide you with more options and package design capabilities. We also offer professional pump training and repair services. We have service locations throughout the region to provide fast repairs in the field or in one of our repair facilities.

DXP University

In addition to our day-to-day sales, support, and service offerings, we periodically host industry-focused training seminars known as DXP University. These special events feature in-depth presentations from industry experts on a variety of topics relating to pump management. Pump operators from throughout our Western Region are encouraged to attend, and they can even earn continuing education credits. Onsite product- and equipment-specific training is available to our clients as well.
