The six classes, which were presented by Lisa Poole, area manager; Jerry Summers, P.E., applications engineer; Ed Hermanson, service technician; and Kevin Gilbreth (ITT/Goulds pumps) were: pump hydraulics, troubleshooting, vertical turbine fundamentals, PumpSmart variable frequency drives and both vertical and ANSI pump teardowns.
“I want to thank you for a very good class. The format was professional and the instructors were very knowledgeable. Please let all involved know that we had a great time and found the class very worthwhile. I just finished my trip report and have submitted with a recommendation of scheduling more classes with your group. Thanks again for all your

Our employee owners care about the business, and value our customers, in unique ways.
The fact is, ownership makes people want to succeed at many levels and they see service, commitment and follow through at enhanced levels compared to employees who work for a boss and have no special vested interest. Our company implemented its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) in 1998. Russ Perlich, Quadna’s chief executive officer, began the program so employees could become vested owners and build strong nest eggs for their retirement. Since the ESOP’s inception, Quadna has continued to build and expand its employee owner program. Today, our employee owners are more educated, focused and motivated than ever.
Quadna’s employee owners have grown their ESOP by 34.7 percent – 28.2 percent higher than the U.S. stock market. More impressive, in 2007, the employees’ ESOP stock price grew by 54%. They have achieved this growth through hard work, tenacity, teamwork and the knowledge that they can grow their respective retirement fund by banding together for the common goal. And, they have done so while stepping up their involvement in the communities they serve and demonstrating leadership at its best. Our culture of ownership has flourished attitudes about the importance of sharing with others and supporting educational and youth organizations in need of time and talent. We support numerous charitable entities and believe giving back is what a corporate culture is all about.
